Emily Coffman President

A native of Greenville, Emily is responsible for the daily operations of the agency and has final authority over all account work. She serves as the account executive for clients, such as Pitt County Development Commission, Kidde Aerospace & Defense, Nutrien, Krispy Kreme, as well as pro bono work for Go-Science, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain.

She has managed her accounts' objectives, implemented their goals across many media channels and effectively evaluated their marketing processes.

Emily holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Campbell University and prides herself on being able to work easily with every client. She currently sits on the Greenville Museum of Art board, Women for Women Advisory Board, Pitt County Committee of 100 board and is very involved with the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville. She has previously served on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Pitt County and Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce boards.


Kitty Brann Vice President

Kitty is responsible for the daily functions of the office, including accounting and managerial activities. She coordinates the flow of work from clients and account executives to the intended departments within the agency. Her strong organizational skills and detail-oriented professionalism enable the agency to move a multitude of work efficiently through the creative process.

Kitty holds a degree from East Carolina University. She is the account executive for clients such as Coffman's Mens Wear, Goldsboro Travel & Tourism, Greenville Women's Clinic, Ward and Smith, P.A. and pro bono work for Literacy Volunteers-Pitt County and Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.

She has previously served on the Literacy Volunteers-Pitt County and Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce boards, and has sat on numerous committees for the United Way of Pitt County.


Allison Philips Art Director

Allison is responsible for the creative team and the concept and design of the agency's creative work. She works on the creative and design of print ads, brochures, booklets, flyers, billboards, interactive/web ads and more. Allison works with our New Media Strategist to ensure coordination between traditional and interactive advertising and marketing efforts for the agency's clients.

Allison is a native of Greenville, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Carolina University and attended the Advertising and Graphic Design program at Pitt Community College.

Employed with the agency while at ECU, Allison returned to Igoe Creative in 2010. Prior to re-joining our team, she worked at the Pitt Memorial Hospital Foundation, where she was involved with their annual United Way fundraising campaign and the Children's Miracle Network telethons.


Susan Fowle Media Buyer + Account Coordinator

Susan is responsible for planning and placing media on all levels, as well as developing and implementing media strategies for all agency clients. She also serves as the account executive for various clients.

Prior to joining Igoe Creative, Susan worked as the advertising account executive at The Daily Reflector for 14 years. While at The Daily Reflector, Susan maintained established accounts and sought new accounts through outside sales activities, created advertising plans based on customer's needs as well as budget, negotiated annual contracts and met with clients to promote various products.

Susan is a native of Washington, NC where she teaches Sunday School at First Presbyterian Church and volunteers for Young Life and YoungLives.


Sarah Himmler Web Developer

Sarah is responsible for the full development, on-going maintenance, website hosting and search engine optimization (SEO) of our client websites. She is part of the agency's creative team where she is involved in the planning and development process of client materials for web applications. She is sure to incorporate user experience (UX), user interface (UI), current best practices, SEO, website accessibility and responsive websites across multiple platforms. She develops using HTML, CSS/SCSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Go, and content managed systems (CMS), including WordPress and Weebly. Sarah is always looking for a new language to learn and uses her skill set to handcraft websites based on client needs.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from SUNY Oswego. Prior to joining our team at Igoe, Sarah worked as a web developer at Flanders Filters in Washington, NC. She currently sits on the Young Professionals of Pitt County Steering Committee as the Marketing Chair and Treasurer.


Jennifer Woolard Graphic Designer

Jen is responsible for the concept and design of the agency's creative work. She is part of our agency creative team and works with our Art Director to concept and design based on our client's needs. Some examples of the type of work Jen creates include web design, social media ads, print ads, pull-up banners, brochures, web design, billboards, interactive/web ads and more.

Jen holds her BFA with a concentration in Graphic Design from East Carolina University. While in school she was employed by our agency assisting staff with a variety of work. Her responsibilities included answering the phone, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining the closed job and sample files within the creative department. In the Spring of 2016 she completed her graphic design internship with us, she worked with our Art Director to design and create the Women for Women Power of the Purse event materials as well as a new logo and t-shirt for the Young Professionals of Pitt County.

Lydia Leggett

Lydia Leggett Digital Strategist

Lydia is responsible for the strategic planning and management of our clients social media presence. By utilizing multiple online marketing tools, she is responsible for launching, monitoring and reviewing analytics for digital and social media advertising campaigns across all platforms. As a part of the agency's creative team, Lydia works to develop creative strategies for our clients marketing efforts, including writing content for social media and client blogs. She makes recommendations to incorporate the latest digital media trends in order to constantly improve campaign success. Lydia's efforts will grow and maintain our client's voice through the appropriate social media channels.

Lydia, a Greenville-native, graduated from DH Conley High School and attended Appalachian State University. During her four years at App State, she earned Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Economics. Before joining us at Igoe Creative, Lydia completed an internship with a local start-up soup company, Broth.

Kaylee Griffin

Kaylee Griffin Assistant Account Executive

Kaylee is responsible for the servicing of client accounts. Working closely with our account executives to coordinate projects, communicate with vendors, analyze client needs and create brand awareness, her top priority is to help clients increase sales and brand recognition. Kaylee also aids in overseeing project schedules and budgets in areas of marketing, sales and advertising to ensure that clients are getting maximum attention and exposure. As an Assistant Account Executive, she provides support throughout the project development and implementation process.

Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University. Before joining us at Igoe Creative, she completed an internship with Spa Utopia- a wellness company in Raleigh, NC.
